Never send an API key, a password or card details by email. The last four characters of a key are enough for us to find it.
The model pricing pages and, where available, Spendline's estimating tools inside ChatGPT read from one price list. Each price is taken from the provider's own pricing page and shown with the date it was last checked. If a price looks wrong, send us the model name and a link to the provider's page and we will correct it.
The AI margin calculator is different: it does not look up model prices. It works only from the business assumptions you enter (customers, revenue, AI bill, other costs and how unevenly usage is spread), and the result is a scenario, not measured customer data. Model-price estimates are arithmetic on public list prices; neither is a quote, and neither reflects rates you have negotiated with a provider.
